How SEOPacket uses your Google data
- Sign in with Google gives SEOPacket only your name, email address and Google account ID — to create your account and keep it secure.
- Google Search Console is optional. When you connect it, SEOPacket gets read-only access to the properties you choose, and uses it only for the Search Console features you see in the app: your own site’s clicks, impressions, rankings and indexing status in your dashboard and reports, and an email to you if your clicks or indexed pages fall sharply. It can’t change anything in your Google account.
- Your Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared except as the Privacy Policy describes. Disconnect at any time from the Projects page, or from your Google Account.
SEOPacket’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What is SEOPacket?
SEOPacket (also written SEO Packet) is an AI SEO tool and web app that audits a website for technical SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO). It crawls your site, checks Google indexing through Search Console, scores how ready your pages are to be cited by AI search, and tracks rankings and keywords on demand.
Is SEOPacket free?
Creating an account is free and comes with a $1 credit. Site crawls, page audits, PageSpeed checks, indexing checks, Search Console insights and AI-search readiness checks are always free. Rank checks, new keyword or competitor searches, backlink checks and AI answer checks are paid per request from a prepaid wallet.
What Google data does SEOPacket use?
Only what you choose to share. Signing in with Google gives us your name, email and account ID. Connecting Google Search Console is optional and read-only: SEOPacket uses it to show your own site’s clicks, searches, rankings and indexing status. It never changes anything in your Google account, never uses your data for ads, and never sells it.
Does SEOPacket connect to Google Analytics?
No. SEOPacket works with Google Search Console only. It doesn’t request access to Google Analytics.
Can I disconnect Google Search Console later?
Yes, any time, from the Projects page in the app or from your Google Account’s third-party access page. Disconnecting removes SEOPacket’s stored access, and the rest of SEOPacket keeps working.
What’s the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO optimizes a page to rank in Google’s list of links. GEO (generative engine optimization) optimizes the same page to be read, quoted and cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. SEOPacket checks both.
Does SEOPacket replace my SEO plugin?
No. Plugins like Rank Math or Yoast write your on-page metadata and schema. SEOPacket audits what they produce, plus indexing, AI-visibility and ranking signals a plugin can’t see from inside your site.
Is SEOPacket available in my country?
Yes. SEOPacket is a web app you can use from anywhere, including the US, UK, Canada, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and the UAE. Rank checks and keyword research support country-level locations, and wallet top-ups are paid in US dollars through Gumroad, our payment processor and merchant of record, with cards and wallets accepted worldwide.
Does it only work with WordPress?
